An independent CO2 supply chain for industrial and commercial applications. High specification liquid CO2, purified to 99.9%.
CO2 is captured onboard commercial vessels using post-combustion amine absorption, then purified and liquefied for storage in ISO tanks. The process is the same proven technology used to produce commercial CO2 from industrial sources onshore.
Each batch is tested and documented to ensure consistency and traceability. We will work with you to meet all your specific procurement, audit and compliance requirements.
Detailed impurity profiles are available on request.
CO2 is captured and liquefied during the voyage using Onboard Carbon Capture Systems (OCCS).
At designated ports, liquid CO2 is transferred under controlled conditions via cryogenic lines to shore-side storage or directly to road tankers. Chain of custody is maintained throughout the transfer process.
Liquid CO2 is held in dedicated cryogenic storage facilities at port, managed to maintain product integrity and enable dispatch on a scheduled or on-demand basis.
Distribution to buyer facilities via road tanker or ISO container, on scheduled or on-demand terms.
We operate a documented quality management process from capture through to delivery and welcomes buyer specific audit and compliance requirements. Every delivery is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis.
Conventional CO2 supply is concentrated among a small number of producers and tied to industries in structural decline. Adding an independent source reduces exposure to the plant closures, gas price spikes and maintenance shutdowns that have caused repeated shortages.
Maritime carbon capture produces CO2 continuously as vessels operate. Production is not seasonal, not dependent on gas prices and not affected by the economics of unrelated chemical processes.
The CO2 is produced using the same amine-based capture technology used onshore. At 99.9% purity it is functionally equivalent to conventional merchant CO2. The molecule is the same regardless of source.
Offtake arrangements are structured around buyer requirements. Volume, frequency and contract terms are agreed directly.
